Best Dim Sum for me

hmmm I am thinking to blog about 'Dim Sum' , rather it is called 'Yam Cha' in Hong Kong. Hong Kong has the best Dim sum among all the countrie I have visited. I had tried a few Dim Sum in a few Chinese restaurants since I came. Today, I would like to blog about the best Dim sum I had so far. Few weeks ago, I was very glad to have a Very Important Visitor to visit Hong Kong and I wanted my guest to try best cuisine here during his trip.
Hehe this restaurant is Lei Garden in International Financial Centre at Central. Lei Garden is a famous Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong. It has a few branches in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong friend told me that the Wan Chai branch is cheaper in price and I should try the signature Mango and Pamelo dessert in Lei Garden, it is very famous Hong Kong dessert which originated from Lei Garden.

Hong Kong , here I am!

My Dear friends and my blog supporters :P... I think most of you know I am presently working in Hong Kong .... Sorry for not updating my blog for almost 6 months... I think my blog had been hibernating for too long time, it is time I wake it up !!!
I arrived on April 10th and started working April 12th, time flies and now is September. Somehow I had some fate with this place and finally I am here. Few years back ,an ex-colleague who is a Hong Kong citizen was transfering back to Hong Kong from Malaysia, he wanted to recommend me for a position in Hong Kong. but risk management in banking application was not my interest so it didn't happen.
Last year while I was working in Japan ,I came across a very attractive offer in Hong Kong but I was very happy in Japan with an interesting job and a very nice boss therefore I refused to move or change...hehehe....
5 months here, too much to tell till I am not sure which topic to kick start.. hehe..I didn't blog earlier because I was too busy to adapt myself to my work and to my life here....For work is because I was switching back to more hands-on work now, in Japan was more of coordinating, managing and human skills. Presently, I am recalling all my technical knowledge. New job, new office, new boss, new life ,new people, new accomodation, new culture.... etc.. too many new things....... At last, I would say kind of adapted to my working life... and keep learning and adapting to the surrounding...In this process, I have to thank my mum, good friends of you, very nice and kind supportive friends of mine in Hong Kong.
hehe ok.. let me think which topic to begin blogging about Hong Kong .. may be food ? Food exploration is still my mission here !
